Starting a Sale

When starting a sale, you can check the customer's detailed information you need to close the sale, through which it is possible to  verify:

Order

Orders added for the customer, with order and issue numbers, and payment term used. Moreover, you can add, modify, and delete orders not yet sent to the back office, as well as print the accomplished sales order.

Last Order

Details (order number, issue number, and status) of the last orders placed. You may copy such items to a new order.

Trade Note

Use this option to display the customer's unpaid or overdue trade note types, with bond number, issue date, due date, bond value, and number of days overdue.

Finance

Use this option to display trade note balances and the year's accumulated balances, bounced check dates and amounts, protested bills, date of first and last purchases, as well as late payment amounts and how many late payments have been made.

Event

Use this folder to manage non-sale events, noting why the sale has not been closed. This information is important for sales strategy improvement analysis.

Contacts

Use this folder to file, modify, and delete a customer's business contact information.

Customer

You can check your customer's data (company name, company alias, address, district, postal code, city, state, phone number, CGC, I.E, and e-mail).

Inventory

Using this option, the sales representative is able to follow up on the customer's stock.

Consumption

Use this folder to display the current month's total product consumption, as well as on the previous month and on the same month of the previous year.

Procedures

To start a sale:

1. After choosing the desired customer in the service management window, click on the Visits menu and select Start Selling.

The service window will be displayed with the customer you have selected.

2. Use this window to manage the order and check customer data through the following folders:
Order
Last Order
Trade Note
Finance
Event
Contact
Customer
Inventory
Consumption
3. To display all folders click the arrow to the right of the folders.
4. After checking all your customer's data, use the following options to:
Add
Edit
Delete
Print
5. Click on the Service Menu and choose Return to finish.

The system shall return to the main service window.
