Inventory Folder

Use this folder to follow up on a customer's stock and control the product supply balance.

The data entered into this folder is not sent to the back office. It is available only so you can control your customer's personal stock.

Procedures

To take inventory:

1. In the inventory folder, click Product.

Product window is displayed.

2. Click Group to choose the group and product.
3. After choosing desired product, click OK to confirm it.

The system shall return to the product window, with the chosen product's data.

4. Click OK.

The system shall return to the inventory folder, with code on product.

5. In the Quantity field, enter product quantity requested by customer.
6. Click + to add product to customer's product list.
7. Click Save to save inventory.

The system shall display a message requesting confirmation of save procedure.

8. Click OK.

The confirmation window is displayed:

9. Click OK.

The system shall return to the inventory folder, with added product.

To delete a product:

1. In the inventory folder, select product and click - .

The system shall return to the inventory folder without previously selected product.

2. Click Save to save inventory.
