Certificates
Issue certificates of calibration done in the instruments.
Procedures To issue certificate, you must to check parameters configuration:
It defines the path where the original file .DOT is registered.
It defines where file .DOT copy will be recorded.
It defines file name as .DOT. The system suggests name \"certprinc.dot\".
Procedures
To issue calibration certificate:
1. | In the window of Certificate report issue, the routine descriptive routine is displayed. |
2. | Click Parameters. |
A new screen to configurate the Certificate is showed.
To print these parameters (question report forms) in the beginning of the report, configure parameter MV_IMPSX1. |
3. | To inform certificate texts, select the items that are on the strings. |
4. | After clicking items that appeared on the string Certificate Final Text, a screen will be displayed to you type the respective text. |
5. | After typing the text, do the same procedure to the other configuration item, retyping the text related to Additional Information. |
6. | Then, set up certificate configuration printing, and click twice on the Printing string. |
The system displays a parameters screen.
7. | Fill out fields according to field help. |
8. | Check data and confirm it. |
The system returns to the main screen.
9. | Once again, access the report option and, instead of click Parameters, click OK. |
The system will display a screen with configuration folders to generate the Created and Issued Certificate list.
10. | Then, click on each folders that were displayed in the report issue window to configure the impression. |
In these folders, you can select printing type (in disk, spool via, etc); define which selected fields will be issued by report; create filters to emission, etc.
11. | Check configurations and confirm report printing. |
