M.S.A.
This option enables you to see M.S.A. chart in tendency, or linearity or stability.
Procedures
To generate and see the M.S.A. graphic introduction:
| 1. | Click MSA. |
A parameter screen to graphic creation is displayed.
| 2. | Fill out them conforming help field, with a special attention to the following parameter: |
| • | Accept Calibration Values? |
When selected Yes, the system realize a M.S.A. research based on calibrations (data collect), also considering other informed parameters.
Otherwise, the system realize a M.S.A. research based on M.S.A. collect, being that the research occurs this way:
- If there M.S.A. research; that is, M.S.A. registering to this instrument/revision, the system shows you the requested graphic, considering the others parameters. So, you will see the screen to inform the tolerance value to each calibration range/standard.
- So, a screen to select an instrument/revision is displayed.
- Selecting instrument/revision, the system shows the requested research, conforming parameterization.
| • | Impr. Average/Amplitude? |
It allows you to see Average/Amplitude graphic research, in M.S.A. Tendency 3rd Edition. To generate graphic, you also have to inform subgroup size; that is, sample size, in parameter Subgroup Size?. If content is kept as 0 (zero), the system will suggest subgroup size based on measurements.
The graphic will be showed just if the research was selected for the 3rd Edition and when the question, found in calibration screen, Accept Current Calibration? was selected as No.
| 3. | After filling out the parameters, check and confirm them. |
The system shows you the graphic that was generated.
