Automatic Standards
Procedures
To create automatic standards:
| 1. | In the Ranges inclusion window, click Autom. Standards after informing the data of the range, in the menu. |
A new window to add data, divided by two different areas, is displayed:

| 2. | According to the help field, inform data and pay attention at: |
Area Values
| • | Initial |
Inform the initial point value to be created.
| • | Final |
Inform the final point value to be created.
| • | Step |
It informs the summing of the points to be created
Example:

The points are created, summing 2 by 2, conforming the value informed in field Step.
Created points |
0, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 |
| • | Create initial point |
Selecting this option, and considering the former example, the point \"0\" will be created. Otherwise, you have to inform it.
| • | Measurement Unity |
Select the measurement unity of standard to be created.
When there is a suggestion to this measurement unity, and this one is changed to a new measurement unity, the system realize a verification to check if there is registered conversion to it, in the Greatness System Register. |
| 3. | After filling out the fields, check and confirm them. |
This option is displayed in Standard Register, where the system suggest Initial Value, Final Value and Measurement Unity, according to informed data in this register. |
