Occurrence/Non-conformance Form
This option generates occurrence/non-conformance forms entered in the system, according to the user parameterization.
It shows data concerning the date registered, occurrence data, originator user, origin, cause, effect, action plan related, etc.
Procedures
Generating occurrence/non-conformance forms:
| 1. | In the generation window of Occurrence/Non-conformance Form report, click Parameters. |
A screen is displayed with report parameters.
| 2. | Configure them according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
| 4. | Then, click each folder displayed in the report generation window to configure printing. |
In these folders, you can select the type of printing (in disk, through spool, etc.), define which fields of the register are generated by the report, create filters for generation, etc.
| 5. | Check configurations and confirm them. |
