Follow-up
By accessing this option, the window Follow-up of the Form is displayed, pointing out data concerning Originator User, User in Charge, Detailed Description, and Action Plan, if there is any.
The query provides the user with the following buttons:
| • | Attached Document - It is used to view the attached document. |
| • | Action Plan - It is used to view the action plan concerning Occurrence/Non-conformance Form, when registered. |
| • | Search Text - It is used to Search Text (words) inside the query. |
| • | Next Search - It Searches Text again. |
| • | Exit - It leaves the window and goes back to the maintenance screen of the routine Occurrence/Non-conformance Form. |
