Attached Document

It enables you to attach documents by plan maker, plan responsible and phase responsible in the write off moment, being that each responsible can change/delete only his/her phase; with the exception of plan responsible, that is allowed to change/delete all attached documents.

Procedures

To attach documents:

1. In the window and action plan, click Attached Document.

The screen to select the document is displayed.

2. Select document and confirm it.

Important:

The MV_QNCPDOC parameter must be configured to define the attached documents directory - which is verified by the System when inclusion is performed - of changing and of action plan revision creation.
