Users

This routine enables you to do the Follow-up per User of entries of Occurrence/Non-conformance Forms, Action Plans and their respective Stages.

Procedures

Querying follow-up per user:

1. By accessing the routine User, the window Follow-up per User is displayed, listing all pending and written-off entries of user logged on.

This window is subdivided into the following folders:

Action Plan Stages - All stages are displayed, as well as code, action/stage status, type, description, execution deadline, accomplishment date, etc.
Action Plan - All action plans are displayed, as well as code, action status, opening date, expected final date, accomplished final date, type of action, etc.

In this folder, the following options are available:

Register - It shows the register of Action Plan selected.
Print - It prints form of Action Plan selected.

Occurrence/Non-conformance Form - All Occurrence/Non-conformance Forms are displayed, as well as code, status, record date, occurrence date, etc.

In this folder, the following options are available:

Register - It shows the register of Occurrence/Non-conformance Form selected.
Print - It prints the form of Occurrence/Non-conformance Form selected.

2. In the upper part of the window, you can change Entry selection.

Note the tables Entry Selection and Entry Period.

These data can be changed, that is, you can select the view only of Pending or Written Off entries and the period in which they were generated.

3. Select the type of entry to be viewed (Pending or Written off).
4. Enter the period you want and click Filter in order to make the system select entries according to the new definitions.
