Occurrence/Non-conformance Form - Form
This option enables the generation of occurrence/non-conformance forms entered in the system, in the form format, according to the user parameterization.
It shows data concerning the date registered, occurrence data, originator user, origin, cause, effect, action plan related, etc.
This report can be sent by e-mail. For this, just configure the option Send E-mail? as Yes, on the parameter configuration screen. With this option configured for dispatch, by confirming the report screen, e-mail addresses are requested by the system in order to send report files. Besides, typing a body message in the e-mail is allowed. For each sheet of report generated, a file in .jpeg format (image) is sent, with size of about 100 Kb. |
Procedures
Generating occurrence/non-conformance forms as form:
| 1. | By selecting the generation of the report Form of Form Print, the window Parameters is displayed. |
| 2. | Configure parameters according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Note, however, how the following field is filled out: |
| • | View Before: |
If it is filled out with Yes, the form of Occurrence/Non-conformance Form is displayed on the screen. Otherwise, it is directly printed in the printer connected.
| 4. | Check data and confirm them. |
| 5. | If you wanted to view the form before printing it, you must click Print in the upper of the screen displayed. |
By confirming it, you can select the interval of pages to be printed and the number of copies you want.
Before printing the form, you can configure parameters through the button Configure.
