Action Plan
This option enables the list of entries of action plans registered in the system, according to the user parameterization.
It shows data concerning the number of occurrence/non-conformance form, opening date, closing date, type of action (corrective or preventive), user in charge, status, detailed description of action plan, possible causes with detailed description, stages/steps executed, etc.
In the upper part of the report, you can view the information on the customer at hand. For this process to occur normally, parameter MV_QTMKPMS must have its content equal to 4, indicating the integration between modules TMK, QNC and PMS. This information is also available in Action Plan File. |
Procedures
Generating the action plan report:
1. | In the generation window of Action Plan report, click Parameters. |
A screen is displayed with report parameters.
2. | Configure them according to field help instructions. |
3. | Note, however, how the following field is filled out: |
• | Action Plan?: |
Select which action plans must be considered when the report is generated: Pending, Written Off, or Both.
• | Action Status - It can be filled out with 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, where: |
1 - Registered
2 - In Analysis
3 - With Origin
4 - Without Origin
5 - Canceled
By confirming field entry, the window Choose Standard is displayed with selection according to the field definition.
Example:
Content = 25, Action Plan report is printed listing occurrence forms in analysis and canceled.
4. | Check data and confirm them. |
5. | Then, click each folder displayed in the report generation window to configure printing. |
In these folders, you can select the type of printing (in disk, through spool, etc.), define which fields of the register are generated by the report, create filters for generation, etc.
6. | Check configurations and confirm the report print. |
