SPED CONTRIBUTIONS Magnetic File
It is a standard register that allows generating the magnetic file - EFD CONTRIBUTIONS.
EFD-PIS/COFINS is a digital file established in the Public Digital Bookkeeping System - SPED, which is used by legal entities of private law in the bookkeeping of Contribution for PIS/PASEP and COFINS in cumulative and/or non-cumulative systems. It is based on a set of documents and operations concerning earned revenues, costs, expenses, charges, and acquisitions that generate non-cumulative credits.
Procedures
Accessing the Sped Contributions magnetic file generation:
| 1. | Access Tax Records / Miscellaneous / Magnetic Files / SPED CONTRIBUTIONS. |
The system presents a new home screen of the register.
| 2. | Select Edit, Add, View or Related Features. |
Files can be generated in Excel, PDF, HTML etc.
