Nonconformance

Nonconformances are classified according to Caption.

Procedures

To input test Nonconformances:

1. Click Nonconformances folder.
2. Complete fields according to field help instructions, especially the following fields:
• Nonconformance Description NC

Select the found nonconformance's code. Press the [F3] key to query the Nonconformance Registry, thus, automatically completing the subsequent NC Description field with the selected nonconformance, according to registry.

• In the De NC

enter the amount of specific nonconformance events.

• NC/ Description Class. Class

Select the degree of criticality of the nonconformance found for this test. Press the [F3] key to query the Nonconformance Class Registry, thus, automatically completing the subsequent Class Description field with the selected nonconformance class' description, according to registry.

• IQI Demerit.

Choose Yes when the selected nonconformance classifies the product's unworthiness, that is, subtracts points from this product when generating the Quality Indices. Otherwise, select No.

3. Upon completion of fields, proceed to complete the following folder's data.
