Results

Use this option to register annotations of results obtained in accomplished inspections. To do so, you must observe two parameters in the Configurator Environment:

In case the MV_QEINSOB parameter's content equals Y, the system does not allow results to be saved without a definition of the instrument used in each measurement.
In case the MV_QMEDLAU parameter's content equals Y, the system allows the user to alter measurements, even if the lab report or the final delivery report are already defined.

When a lot inspected with 100% release and/or rejection, that is, with no outstanding balance, is accomplished through this option, the Q.C. Write-offs folder is suggested with the reversal option. When needed, select the movement with an x or s to reverse it. After confirming it, the inflow situation is classified as - Report with outstanding inflow movement, according to Caption, as there is balance to be released/rejected again.

You can get Reports for Test Sample Plans with the same characteristics, following the NBR 5426. See Sample Plan Grouping for further details.

Procedures

To annotate Results

1. In the Results Annotation window, press [F12] and complete displayed parameters according to field help instructions, especially the following:

Consider inflows?

Select the option defining which inflows must be considered to produce the result, if:

Both - considers inspected inflows and those yet to be inspected.
Outstanding - considers only inflows yet to be inspected.
Inspected - considers only inflows already inspected.
2. Upon completing the fields, check and confirm them.

The system displays a browser screen listing already registered tests, classified according to Caption.

3. Select Results.

The system displays a screen in which you must enter data regarding:

Labs
Measurements
Nonconformances
Chronicle
Instruments

Important:

This data sequence must be followed to enter correctly obtained measurement values.

4. Upon entering measurements, you may proceed to inflow inspection conclusion. However, first you may enter the reports' data, through the routine's shortcut options, which allow display and input of the following:

Urgent Release

Recurring Nonconformances

Caption

Product Text

Test Text

Print Product Form in Use

Attach Document

Lot Potency

5. Upon entering measurements and its respective observations, you must input their respective lab reports and the general report, which defines the approval or rejection of the test, through the following options:
Lab Reports
General Report
Q.C. Write-offs
6. To conclude the Result procedures, confirm it.

The system displays a screen requesting the document selection to be printed by the Results:

7. Upon selecting document for printing, click Continue.

The system displays the Nonconformance Annotation Report issue related screens.

8. Upon confirmation of the NNC report, the immediately following screen displayed refers to the issue of Report Labels.
9. Once issues are configured and confirmed, the system performs the Automatic NNC Write-off.

Results Deletion

When deleting results, the Q.C. Write-offs folder is available with Reversal option, where all releases/rejections must be selected for this purpose. In case the amount reversed is not 100%, that is, equal to the original quantity, the reversal is partial and deletes respective measurements and reports, maintaining the inflow in partial write-off situation, classified as , according to Caption. Otherwise, the releases/rejections are deleted.
