Follow-up Teams

In this routine, all Nonconformance Notification Follow-up Teams are registered.

Employees of other branches of the company may be part of the same follow-up team. Identify them in the Responsible Branch field, when registering the Follow-up Team.

Thus, when accessing the Nonconformance Notification routine, the system checks users associated to a given team, and whether the corresponding branch has been defined.

Important:

A Follow-up Team cannot be deleted when associated to a product group.

Procedures

To add Follow-up Teams:

1. In the Follow-up Team registration window, select Add.
2. Complete the data according to field help instructions.
3. Upon registering the Follow-up Team, you may attach the one in charge of it in the same routine.

Click Leader and complete fields according to field help instructions.

3. Check data and confirm them.
