Situation of Next Inflow
Use this query to check whether a given product's next inflow, from a selected supplier, should be inspected, accepted, or rejected.
Procedures
To query Situation of Next Delivery:
| 1. | In the Next Delivery Situation query window, complete displayed parameters according to following instructions: |
| • | From inflow document?/To inflow document |
Select the number of inflow documents related to desired query.
| 2. | Upon completing parameters, check and confirm them. |
| 3. | Click Display Situation to update the last and the next inflow related data. |
| 4. | The system updates the spreadsheet data below the query screen and, for each registry, displays the Next Inflow Situation message in the screen's top right hand side frame. |
| 5. | Upon querying data, confirm them. |
