Measurements
Measurements are classified according to Caption.
Procedures
To enter measurement related data:
| 1. | In measurements window, click Measurements folder. |
| 2. | Complete fields according to field help instructions, especially the following fields: |
| • | Sampling |
Enter the sampling. If the plan defined for the test is Simple, this field is automatically completed with a 1. If it is a double sampling, enter 1 for the first sample or 2 for the second.
| • | Tester/Tester Name |
Select the tester's code. The [F3] key is available for User/Leader Registry and, thus, automatically complete the following field, Tester Name, with the name of selected tester, according to registry.
| • | Measurement # 01 to N |
Enter measurements found for this test. The number of measurements varies according to test.
When entering a test's measurements registered as 1= Initial Sample, and it already has inspected inflows, a message is displayed informing that the test already has certified inflows. Thus the system allows the measurement datum to be released, only for remaining tests configured with 2 = Inspection or 3= Sample and Inspection types. This concept is used when MV_QAMOINI parameter is set as T. For further information, query Sample/Inspection topic. |
| • | Approved/Rejected |
This field indicates whether the measurement report is approved or rejected. When the test is of the text type, it is user defined. When dimensional, the system suggests the test.
| • | Method |
This field allows test related document revision control, keeping the document history modified prior to the Result Final Report.
In case new measurements are entered, they are identified with the present document revision.
| 3. | Upon completion of fields, proceed to complete the following folder data. |
