Nonconformance Classes
This routine lists nonconformance classes, classifying their criticality (gravity).
The classes are ascribed a point ranking. The higher the point rank, the more critical is the nonconformance, directly affecting the supplier's grade when indexed.
The system displays four previously registered classes:

Class D identifies a nonconformance produced by problems occurred under the company's own responsibility, not the supplier's. Thus, it's ranking is 0, not affecting the Supplier Quality Index.
Procedures
To register nonconformance classes:
| 1. | In the Nonconformance Class maintenance screen, select the Add option. |
| 2. | Complete the data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
