Destination
The purpose of this routine is to add residue destination. The destination of residues can be internal, within the company or external, to a specific warehouse. These information will be used by the routine Occurrences, Licensing and Transfer.
There should be entered registration data from destination, such as type of destination, latitude and longitude, among others.
Procedures
To add a Destination:
| 1. | In Destination maintenance window, click Add. |
The Add window is displayed.
| 2. | Fill out the fields according to help instructions. |
| 3. | Check out the following fields: |
| • | Almox Code |
This field will be used to appoint in which warehouse the residue is stored.
| • | Destination Type |
Enter if this destination is internal or external: if internal, when generating a residue occurrence and enter the destination, the system adds the amount to residue balance from specific warehouse; if external, the system subtracts the residue balance from the warehouse.
| • | Amt. Maximum |
Enter the maximum quantity that can be stored in this destination to this warehouse.
| • | Tolerance |
Enter tolerance for warning proximity of maximum quantity to store in the warehouse. For example: 10%
| • | Unit Measurement |
Enter measurement unit stored in this destination to the warehouse; when the system analyses maximum quantity, it will also check measurement units to generated user warnings.
| 4. | Check and confirm data. |
Related Features
To list the client with external destination of the residue:
1. In Destination, select the external destination group to be related to the client.
2. Press Related actions and then, Contracts.
A windows will be shown Standard Destination of Residues - Contracts, in which it will be possible to make the relationship with the client with external destination of residues.
