Cargo Composition
It dimensions the cargo to be sent in relation to the FMR that exist. All FMRs that generated stock balance are viewed, that is, where the residues were collected, generating an occurrence.
The FMRs that are pending due to non-conformity procedures are not considered. When entering the residue to compose the cargo, the System displays all FMRs that generated occurrence (stock balance) to select and start the cargo composition process. At each select occurrence, the System displays the cargo total weight in a totalizer field (selected occurrences sum).
Manifest
The option Manifest identifies the residue that is transported, its generator, its recipient and the carrier in charge of the transport. This stage is developed with the Manifest status as 1=In Progress.
After transferring the Manifest to status 2=Expedition you can perform the Residue Transport Manifest printing (MTR) through option Report.
In module Invoicing (SIGAFAT), you can select the Sales Request generated by the Manifest and generated an Outflow Document. After this procedure, through module Environmental Management (SIGASGA), you can perform the printing of the Manifest that had the Outflow Document generated by the sales request and edit the Manifest status to3=Terminated. If the Sales Request is deleted in Invoicing (SIGAFAT), the Manifest related is automatically canceled.
