Monitoring

In Environmental Management, options Updates/Measurement Monitoring/Monitoring, you can view this routine.

This routine allows you to monitor measurement sources, measurement group, characteristic, related impacts, control criteria, legal requirements and people in charge of monitoring related.

Monitoring purpose is to control monitoring and measurement of these system information.

Code information, file date, description, source code and description, status, code and description of monitoring, characteristic, impact and notes are detailed in this routine.

Folder Criteria - Control criteria information will be controlled as its maximum and minimum limit, measurement unit, frequency and frequency type.

Folder Legal Requirements - This folder allows you to relate legislation of the monitoring process.

Folder People in charge - You can identify people in charge for the monitoring.

Procedures

To add Monitoring:

1.	On maintenance window Monitoring, click Add.

Add window will be displayed. It is divided in two areas:

•	Heading: Fill out the field according to help field.

•	Folders: Control Criteria, Legal Requirements and People in Charge.

2.	On folder Control Criteria, use standard query (F3) to search for Control Criteria already registered.

3.	Fill out the field according to help field.

4.	On folder Legal Requirement, use standard query (F3) to search for Legal Requirements already registered.

5.	Fill out the field according to help field.

6.	On folder People in charge, use standard query (F3) to search for People in charge\Users already registered.

7.	Fill out the field according to help field.

8.	Check data and confirm inclusion.
