Occurrences

This report aims at displaying information related to Occurrences and Feedback.

Procedures

1. In Occurrences, through browser, click Add and add necessary occurrences.
2. Select the Occurrence to view or edit it, according to option in the browser.
3. The screen Emergency Plans Occurrences is displayed.
4. This screen displays three tabs:
Processes

View the folders displaying the meaning according to the color, in the screen footer:

 Green - Processes;

 Red - Emergency Plan;

 Yellow - Occurrence;

Involved - Displays data related to the employee;
Waste - Displays waste details.
5. The parameters screen displays these questions and must be filled out according to explanations as follows.

From Date?: Enter from which reference date you want to view the report.

To Date?: Enter to which reference date you want to view the report.

From Emergency Plan?: Enter from which emergency plan you want to view the report

To Emergency Plan? Enter to which emergency plan you want to view the report

From Occurrence?: Enter from which Occurrence you want to view the report

To Occurrence?: Enter to which Occurrence you want to view the report

Display Associations? The options are YES, to display the Emergency Plan row or NO to hide it.

6. Check data, confirm them for generation and view the report.
