Parameters

A parameter is a variable that works as a key element for running a given process. Depending on its content, you may obtain different results. To configure a parameter use the Configurator Environment.

All variables start with prefix MV_, and act on different system operations.

Parameters used in Environmental Management are:

Description

MV_DIRACA

Directory with the files used as Model (.dot) for processing

C:\Temp\

MV_DIREST

Directory of destiny to save Files that use integration with Word (.DOT) for processing. This parameter informs where the file temporarily generated in your machine will be saved.

C:\Temp\

MV_RELT

Directory specific for report printing

\SPOOL\

MV_SGADES

Default target for automatic generation of waste.

MV_SGADTLE

Date (days) the system will need to verify legislation expiration and validity.

MV_SGAMNT

Environmental Management Integration (SGA) and Assets Maintenance (MNT)

Y = Yes; N = No

MV_SGAOCEQ

Defines the method of residue event generation by the equivalence process. The available options are:

1=Without Confirmation, defines that the process is automatic. No screen is displayed and the equivalence is followed. If some residue has its quantity (equivalent to the product) zeroed, you do not need to enter it, but no event is generated for such residue.

2=Confirms Indefinite Items, defines that all residue events are processed automatically according to the product equivalence. No screen is displayed if products have all their residues and equivalence registered properly unless some residue has its estimated equivalent quantity zeroed.

3=Confirms All, defines that a screen is always displayed to confirm the residues generated, showing their quantities as defined in the routine of Equivalence (SGAA330) and enabling you to change any residue by clicking Change Qty. This option allows you to adjust the quantities of generated residues in processes that use equivalence as base.

2

MV_NGEPIEN

It enables alert or blocking of PPE equipment to employee if he is on leave, on vacation or was fired.

Y = Yes; N = No

MV_NGSGAES
