Organizational Structure

This report enables you to manage history of events of movements accomplished in structure. Thus, when classifying an Asset as Inactive, it will be automatically excluded from structure. All movements executed (Add, Change or Exclusion) will be registered in table TCJ (History on Organizational Structure Movement) and viewed in Organizational Structure report.

Procedures

To print Organizational Structure report:

1. On report screen Organizational Structure, the System displays a window with parameters referring to report.

2. Configure them according to the field help instructions.

3. Check configuration and confirm printing of the report.
