Objectives and Goals
This routine allows you to register objectives and goals to be achieved and are controlled by the System. It creates action plans to certain goals along with non-compliance management.
New functionality was implemented to send Workflow so the System enables the creation of warnings for the person in charge of the action plan when new Objectives and Environmental Goals are entered. |
Procedures
To add objectives and goals:
| 1. | On maintenance window Objective and Environmental Goals, click Add. |
Add window will be displayed. It is divided in two areas:
| • | Heading: Fill out the data according to field help instructions. |
| • | Folders: Goals and Gantt Chart. |
| 2. | On folder Goals, click Add. |
A window to add an action plan will be displayed.
| 3. | Fill out the data according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | On folder Gantt Chart you can view Gantt Chart according to the date scheduled to initiate and finish action plan implantation. |
| 5. | Check data and confirm inclusion. |
