Registration of Dispatch Control

Registration of Dispatch Control enables you to control waste transfers by suppliers.

Goal Type field with Increasing and Decreasing options in Objectives and Goals enables you to choose goal type of the objective.

Procedures

1. On Environmental Management, select Updates/Waste/Dispatch Control. Fill out field according to standard procedure.
2. Select Update/Waste/Transfer and transfer waste to the same waste and supplier previously registered.
3. Select Update/Waste/Dispatch Control and note transfer information previously made were updated.
4. Select Update/Objectives and Goals/Objectives and Goals. Fill out field according to standard procedure.
5. Click Add on folder Goals to add a new environmental goal and fill out new field Goal Type (Increasing or Decreasing). Confirm registration.
6. Edit objective entered and click Approve/Finish
7. On Environmental Management, select Update/Objectives and Goals/Feedback, choose Objective and Goal previously entered and use Goals.
8. Use Results to enter the result according to the goal chosen.
9. Choose Graphic and view goals report.
10. Select Update/Emergency Plan/Emergency Plan and click Add. On folder Participants, click Function. Note function code field has 9 characters.
