Occurrences

This routine allows you to register waste identification in the company. Based on organizational structure, you can select the local or process of waste. By defining local, you can inform waste disposal.

Processes or locals with no waste occurrence are identified by a green folder. Processes or locals with waste occurrence are identified by a red folder.

Procedures

To add occurrences:

1. On maintenance window Occurrences, click Add.

Add window with Organizational Structure will be displayed.

2. In higher area, inform data to identify waste definition.
3. On folder Local of Waste, double-click process or local where there is presence of waste.

The folder where there is presence of waste will be in red.

4. Click Disposal and inform waste disposal.

You can distribute waste among several disposal items until its gets the total amount established in heading. For that, use Arrow Down to add additional lines.

5. Fill out field according to help field.
6. Check data and confirm them.
