Panels
The Panel query enables only some indicators, regardless the scorecard, to be analyzed within a context or need. The indicator analysis can be simpler and faster.
Only the panel author can view it.
Procedures
Registering a new Panel:

| 2. | Enter: |
| • | Panel: Panel name. |
| • | Description: A description for the panel. |
| • | Scorecard: Select the scorecard of the indicators. |
| • | It displays only the scorecards for which the current user is responsible or with permission granted by the responsible. Also, it displays the children scorecards of the scorecard for which they are responsible. |
| • | Indicator: Select the indicator of the scorecard selected. Click Add button to add the indicator to the viewing area. |
| • | Accrued From - To: Period in which the accumulated value must be analyzed. |
| • | Target Date: Enter the analysis date. |
| • | View Modes: |
| • | Fragmented: It displays only the scorecard of the value of the target date per indicator. |
| • | Accrued Value: It displays only the scorecard of the value accrued per indicator. |
| • | Both: It displays both the scorecard of the target date value and the scorecard of the value accrued per indicator. |
| 3. | Click Save to update saving or Update to effect changes made. |
Features
The following features are available in the query of the Panels
Ray
Enables the viewing of the chart selected.
Chart:
Enables the viewing of action plans of this indicator, if any.
In Configuration, the values to be displayed in the Scorecarding - Panels must be defined.
The options Accrued Value, Reach Accrued Value and Estimated Accrued Value are enabled only for Status chart. |
Print the panel
Export
It enables the export of the chart to a figure (.jpg format).
Open
It enables the viewing of a figure previously exported.
