Expectations Exceeded

The panels and reports are in blue for the status of indicator that exceeded the expectations.

Configuration of Indicator for Use

1. To check the blue status, enter the value identifying the status in Indicator register. For this, there are two options:
• Option 1: if the values of goals are entered via value, enter the value in field Blue, which is in folder Goal.
• Option 2: if the goal values are entered via Value Spreadsheet, through column Goal, enter the value of field Exceed in (%).
2. Enter the values in column Real in folder Value Spreadsheet.

Checking the status

1. In Indicator register, check:
• Goal Folder: color blue in Target field.
• Widget Folder: blue color in the widgets.
• In the Indicator chart and table, check the blue status.
• In the Indicator Formula query, check the blue status in fields Real Value and Accrued Value .
2. In the query of Scorecarding, check:
• The blue status in columns Variation and Accrued Variation.
• The blue status in the goals.
3. In the Presentation Report, table of parameters, check the blue status in the Value Spreadsheet.
