Indicators and Goals

It enables the addition of notes for both indicators and goals.

In Indicator folder, you can enter Users and User Groups in a single list in field Responsible for Collection, Responsible for Indicator or Responsible for Goal. They have permission to add and maintain the notes of the respective indicator and goal

Note

Only users in charge of the indicator, collection or goal can add and maintain the notes. For that, parameter SEGURANCA_NOTA must be enabled (display content set to T) and it is configured in System Parameters.

The column Note can display icons with the following status:

Yellow: indicator notes.
Blue: notes in indicator and goal.
Green: notes only in goals.

 

Upon double-clicking field Note, a screen is displayed with the folders: Indicator Notes and Goal Notes. They have the same functionalities that cover three panels and a few options available on the top of the screen, as described below:

New: registration of a new note for the indicator or goal.
Edit: it edits the note viewed in panel Indicator Details.
Delete it deletes the note viewed in panel Indicator Details.
Save: it saves the new note added to field Justification or Notes from panel Indicator Details.
Cancel: it cancels the edition of addition of the note or the edition of the existing note.

Note

The options displayed are enabled only for users with permission to edit notes, defines through field Responsible for Collection in Indicator register. When user has the privilege on the indicator, this privilege also covers the goal of the respective indicator.

The edition of a note is allowed only for users who can add/edit notes for the indicator.

Indicator or Goal Details Panel

It has the fields:

Indicator: name of the indicator positioned in the moment of analysis.
Period: analyzed period defined in Target Date.
Target: the target value for the indicator; for the goal, it is always blank.
Accomplished: the accomplished value for the indicator; for the goal, it is always blank.
Performance: it represents the percentage of the accomplished value in comparison with the target value.
Justification or Notes: field to view or enter the notes of the indicator or goal.

Note

When the note screen is open, it is available only for viewing the last note of the respective indicator or goal of the period analyzed and selected through Target Date.

Note Browsing Panel

It has the fields:

Date from / Date to: filter to select notes.
Waiting List: list of notes of the indicator or goal, with the following columns:
o Date: publication date of the note.
o Time: publication time of the note.
o Author: user who published the note.
o Period: period of the indicator when the note was added.
o Subject: it corresponds to the title or subject of the note.

Note Caption Panel

The field Note has the captions:

Yellow Locker: enables the edition of the note.
Red Locker: edition of the note is not allowed.

Procedures

1. Upon accessing Scorecarding, double-click a line of the column Note.
2. Click New to add a Note. The fields for edition are enabled.
3. Enter the required data. The fields with blue label are mandatory.
4. Click Save to confirm addition. The note is displayed on the bottom of the screen, select it by clicking the line of the table and, then, system updates data.
5. Click Edit.
6. Edit the fields.
7. Click Save.
8. Select the note edited. System updates data of the screen with the selected line.
9. Click Delete and confirm it. The note is deleted and removed from the table displayed.

Access to Screen of Drill through Goals

1. Upon accessing Scorecarding expand hierarchy and select a strategy.
2. System enables access to strategic maps Models 1 and 2 of the strategy selected and displays current permissions of the user (View, Addition, Edition and Deletion).
3. Select the option to access the strategic maps and, then, the strategic map Model 1 or 2.
4. The selected strategic map is displayed.
5. Select a goal.
6. The Drill screen is displayed through the goals (with the goal selected as the focus of the analysis) and displays its respective indicators, cause goals and effect goals.

1. In Drill screen, select a goal from the cause list or the effect list.
2. The selected goal is displayed as the focus of the analysis with its respective indicators, cause goals and effect goals.
