Report of Action Plans
This report enables the viewing of action plans of given scorecards or projects, per user.
The following parameters must be informed:
| • | Name: Name of the report. |
| • | Description: Description of the report. |
| • | Print: Definition of whether action plans of indicators, projects or both of them will be printed. |
| • | Project from - Project to: Enter the initial and final projects. |
| • | Scorecard: Enter the scorecard to view the indicators. |
| • | Indicator from - Indicator to: Select the range of indicators. |
| • | User from - User to: Enter the user range. |
| • | Status: Current status of action plan is filtered. |
| • | Situation: Filter by situation of the plan, if due or to be due (leave blank to view all). |
| • | Start from - To: Range of plans (leave both blank to view all). |
| • | End from - to: Range of plans (leave both blank to view all). |
Only the scorecards to which the user has access will be displayed. If the user is not the administrator, only his action plans are displayed.
Click Generate to generate the report and View to view it in the browser. You can save it in a directory through the button Save. The button Open opens reports previously saved.
