Scorecarding
Scorecarding makes the analysis of KPIs (indicators) easier and faster, through an intuitive and unique interface.
Scorecarding can be enabled, when starting the system, through option chosen in the security folder of each user. The scorecarding is enabled by default.
Scorecarding is divided into three parts:
· The first one, on the top left corner, shows in tree format all the scorecards to which the current user has access, that is: the scorecards he/she is in charge of. It also shows the child scorecards and the scorecards to which current user has access, which was given by other people in charge of them.
Scorecards to which user does not have access are displayed in grey.
· The second part, on the top left corner, shows a set of options to access action plans of indicators and projects, besides some help on navigation.
· The third and main part shows information on the scorecard selected in the tree.
If there is an Access Package registered for user, the filter option is displayed on the top of scorecarding tree.
The indicator analysis can be in Table or Panel formats, since it is properly registered.
Browsing through the tree:
Browse through scorecards by clicking the tree item or opening tree sub-items, which shows indicators of the selected scorecard.
Each scorecard has a colorful indicator, which indicates whether the goal was reached in the department. The color of tree is defined as follows:
1. | The importance of each indicator of that scorecard that reached the goal is multiplied by 1. All these values are summed and the result (X) is represented by the green color. |
2. | The importance of each indicator of that scorecard that DID NOT reach the goal is multiplied by 1. All these values are summed and the result (Y) is represented by the red color. |
3. | The importance of each indicator of that scorecard that almost reached the goal is multiplied by 1. All these values are summed and the result (Z) is represented by the yellow color. |
4. | X, Y and Z are compared. The highest value defines the scorecard color. |
