Production Management

Displays a summary of the factory situation, with information for analysis and decision-making on Scraps and Reworks, Factory Stops, Production Reports and Factory Indicators.

Important:

The information is surveyed when running the function; it is not saved in database. Hence, you must have orders (reported or not), as well as machines (available or not).

This routine features the following fields and controls:

• Dimension
• Selection
• Fields
• Parameters

Procedures

1. In Production Management, select the feature.
2. Enter an interval selection.
3. Fill out the parameters.
4. Select the measurements, dimensions and fields.

 

Important:

Each feature has its own measurements for selection. However, the chosen selection may not make any sense in the dimension. In this case, the view of information may be compromised.

The dimension directly depends on the selected measurement. Therefore, the dimension fields can be available in one or more measurements.

Once you select the measurement Scraps and Reworks, you can build a dimension with the following sequence of fields: Scrap/Rework Reason, Machine and Order.
