Report per Period
This report aims at displaying how much waste was generated and transfered in the period (DATE FROM/TO), which treatment was performed, the current balance, MTR code and grouping per Day/Month/Year.
This report can also be requested in Excel.
Procedures

| 2. | Click Parameters, view them: |
| • | From Date?: From which reference date the report must be generated; |
| • | To Date?: From which reference date the report must be generated; This date must be superior to the one indicated in the parameter From Date? and cannot be blank; |
| • | From Waste?: From which reference waste the report must be generated; |
| • | To Waste?: : From which reference waste the report must be generated; This must be upper than or equal to the waste indicated in parameter From Waste? and cannot be blank; |
| • | From Destination?: From which reference destination the report must be generated; |
| • | To Destination?: From which reference destination the report must be generated. This must be upper than or equal to the destination indicated in parameter From Destination? and cannot be blank; |
| • | From Destination?: From which destination date the report must be generated; |
| • | To Destination?: From which reference destination the report must be generated. This must be upper than or equal to the destination indicated in parameter From Destination? and cannot be blank; |
| • | Adjusted per?: Enter the grouping of waste generated that can be Year, Month or Day and cannot be blank; |
3. The report displays the following information:
| • | Date, Month/Year or Year: This column is related to the field Date Occurrence (TBO_DATA) and the content of parameter Adjusted per?. |
4. Definitions for the column Date, Month/Year or Year:
| • | The column has title Date, if the content of parameter Adjusted per? is equal to Day; |
| • | It will have title month/year if the content of parameter Adjusted per? is equal to Month; |
| • | It will have title year if the content of parameter Adjusted per? is equal to year. |
| • | Waste: This column displays the waste code that is related to Occurrence (TBO_CODOCO) according to the field Waste (TBO_CODRES); |
| • | Description: This column displays the Waste description according to the field Description (B1_DESC); |
| • | Qty. Generated: This column displays the sum of the quantity generated of the waste according to the information of parameter Adjusted per?, Unit of Measure: This column displays the Unit of Measure of the waste generated according to the field Unit of Measure (TBO_UNIMED); |
| • | Qty. Destination: This column displays the sum of the quantity of waste sent according to the Destination and parameter Adjusted per?; |
| • | Unit of Measure This column displays the unit of measure of the waste Destined according to the field Unit of Measure (TB4_UNIMED); |
| • | Destination Types: This column displays what is happens to the waste (co-processed, recycled etc), and the same waste can have two different types of destination. This information is available in the routine Waste Definition, but, it is still associated to Waste Transfer, where information about the waste destination type is obtained; |
| • | Destination: This column displays the destination code defined in the generation of MTR (Waste Transport Manifest) by the field Receptor (TBA_CODREC); |
| • | Name This column displays the destination; |
| • | MTR: MTR number related to the quantity of waste destined according with the field Number MTR (TDI_NUMMTR). |
