Introduction

Environmental Management (SIGASGA) is a system to manage activities related to environmental management and complies with ISO-14000 standard. You can use this tool to identify the organizational structure of the company, whether by process or location, to register and evaluate applicable demands, to identify, evaluate and monitor impact characteristics, to control residues and do all other environmental management related activities. All management related documentation is stored and recovered according to document control standards, which you may also do in simplified form. Audit, training management and non-conformance activities are available in this part.

Organizational Structure

SIGASGA enables you to totally control company by productive processes or by specific areas, so you have a better idea where Environmental Impacts and Characteristics are and also with total integration with Document Control system and a wide Management of participants, so you can control document and operational trainings.

Formulae

It enables you to define method to calculate importance (quantitative, qualitative, etc) and define criteria to assess environmental impacts as well as different importances for each one of them.  

Impacts and Characteristics Assessments

To assess environmental impacts and characteristics, SIGASGA uses an organizational structure. It enables you to have a better idea where these characteristics are. It allows you to make importance simulations and control action plans related to assessment.

Events

To better manage Environmental Management system, SIGASGA contains field Events. In this field the person in charge of process/activity/local of company is notified if characteristics reassessment is required. Participants are also notified if processes Document reading is required. Person in charge of action plan execution and improvement are also notified.

Waste Control

Waste control is in conformance with Conama 313 and ABNT standard, so you can generate annual reports to competent environmental bodies, monitor and measure waste to generate action plans to control measures.

Emergency Plan

Emergency plan is totally integrated with document control so compliance with emergency rules are better controlled. You can also have a better control of simulations, corrective and preventive actions and notice the person in charge of process of simulation execution date.

Objectives and Goals

You can plan objectives and goals to be achieved and controlled by the System. It creates action plans to certain goals along with non-compliance management.

TOTVS® Integration

For TOTVS® customers, SIGASGA integrates Documents, Assets Maintenance and Occupational Safety and Health environment.  If necessary, the environment can be used with no module integration.
