Monthly Measurements
In Environment Management System, options Reports / Measurement Monitoring / Monthly Measurement, you can view this routine.
This routine purpose is to issue a monthly report with all notes of measurements accomplished to company monitoring.
By means of parameters, information on month/year of measurements, laboratory, source, from/until criteria, print type (Screen or Printer) will be displayed. Information on company, corporate name, source, address ID, neighbor, municipality, Zip Code, telephone, laboratory code and name, date of analysis, day and measurements accomplished.
Procedures
To issue monthly measurementsreport:
| 1. | On window to issue Monthly Measurements, the system displays a window with parameters related to report. |
| 2. | Configure them according to the field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm them. |
| 4. | Then, the System displays Monthly Measurements. |
| 5. | Check configuration and confirm printing of the report. |
