Removal Logistics
Use this routine to view and edit registered FMRs (Residue Transaction Files).
This routine has a People In Charge folder, which informs those responsible for the FMR. The person in charge of the entered location is automatically added, as well as all users who have somehow changed the FMR and the Packaging folder, which presents the active fields. The Packaging field is filled out according to the active destination types and of type 6=Packaging, defined in Residue Definition and Destination Type.
The Collector must be filled out with the collectors which refer to the packaging defined in the Destination Type routine. When the FMR status is 3=Warehouse, you must fill out the weight of all collectors and, when you confirm the data, a screen is displayed for you to generate the residue occurrence, with the data already filled out. If the status is 4=Non-conforming, the System requires you to fill out fields Approve with Restrictions? and the Non-Conformance Description.
At this point a Workflow is sent to all who are in charge of the process, disclosing the non-conformance. If you fill out the Approve with Restrictions? field with 1=Yes, the process continues normally. If you choose 2=No, the System generates a non-conformance record in the Non-Conformance Control module. The FMR is reopened when the non-conformance is solved, through the Conformance option of the FMRs Register routine as well as the FNCs register of the Non-Conformance Control Module.
Removal Logistics also has the History Log option, which shows a history log of the FMR selected, and Show Destination, where all FMRs displayed with status 7=Destined are displayed, besides the other FMRs.
