Action Plan
This program aims at the registration of an action plan to reduce environmental impacts of the company. Action plans may be associated to assessments.
Internal plans to assist environmental emergencies must be prepared by the coordinator of security and environment and reviewed by the environmental engineer and approved by the manager of each production unit.
The emergency plan of the industrial complex is prepared for the following functions:
| • | asset security manager |
| • | quality and environment manager |
| • | environmental control manager |
After the review, it is approved by the industry superintendent (the highest position in an industry).
The purpose of this plan indicates our plans in a determined time and must properly answer the main challenges of the diagnosis.
Procedures
To add an Action Plan:
| 1. | On maintenance window Action Plan, click Add. |
The add window will be displayed.
| 2. | Fill out the field according to help field. |
| 3. | Folder Responsible allows you to check the responsible people for the Action Plan. |
| 4. | If there is any document, you can relate it to the action plan. By associating an action plan to aspects/impacts assessment, you can monitor this plan efficiency. |
| 5. | Check the data and confirm them. |
