Program for Emergency Plan Registration

This routine purpose is to register Organization Emergency Plans allowing a more effective monitoring of compliance with emergency rules.

Emergency Plan Organizer, the responsible for the process where this plan will be applied, actions/measures to be taken and External Contacts and participants will be defined. You must inform External Contacts in case of an Emergency Plan occurs.

You have to register an Organizational Structure (SGAA100).

Procedures

To add an Emergency Plan:

On maintenance window Emergency Plan, click Add.

1. Add window will be displayed. It is divided in two areas:
Heading: Fill out the field according to help field.
Folders: Processes, Actions, Participants and External Contacts.
2. Folder Processes will display organizational structure.
3. Organizational structure will be displayed and by double-clicking, you can choose the area.
4. On folder Actions, click Add.
5. A window to add emergency plan will be displayed.
6. Fill out the field according to help field.
7. Check data and confirm inclusion.
8. On folder Participants, click Function or Include Participants.
9. A window to add participants will be displayed. You can also select them according to the function of registered participants.
10. Fill out the field according to help field.
11. Check data and confirm inclusion.
12. On folder External Contacts, click Add.
13. A window to add emergency plan will be displayed.
14. Fill out the field according to help field.
15. Check data and confirm inclusion.
