Knowledge
This option allows documents and/or images to be part of the company's environmental policy; enabling the collection of a knowledge base.
Procedures
To add documents:
| 1. | In Environmental Policy, place the cursor in any policy and click Knowledge. |
A window to annex documents and/or images will be displayed.
| 2. | Click  , to open the window to select documents. |
| 3. | Click Select. Local directories are displayed. |
| 4. | Select the file you want to annex and click Next. |
| 5. | To better locate you in knowledge base, define a key word for this document then click Finish. |
| 6. | The file will be displayed in the screen. Click OK to annex a document. |
