How to run the Online HR

The Online HR can be run in two different ways:

Start Screen/Login

On this screen it is possible to do the login for the access of Online HR participants.

Online HR call through the browser

Procedures

To call the environment through the browser:

1. Enter, through the browser, the path //server/w_tcfw001.apw, where:
server = machine name
w_tcfw001.apw = program name

that generate: //server/w_tcf = main program from the environment name.

The opening screen is presented

The left area is presented the message/warning of the company for participants previously registered on SIGATCF.
The Login area should be selected the company, entered the registration and the personal password for validation and entry on the available columns.
2. After participant login the main screen is shown with the available menu options, previously registered on SIGATCF.
3. Following the example, on this screen the participant is able to query and/or print information, such as:
Payroll routine information:
Registration data
Vacation Schedule
FGTS* Calculation
Income Statement
Payment Receipts
With reference to Attendance Control:
Schedule Table
Attendance Control
Compensatory Time
4. To print any of these queries, click the Print option.

Important:

Each one of the query items on the Online HR is defined on the HR Online menu, where the options are entered.
