Install and Configuration

Procedures

To proceed the install and configuration of the Employee Inquiry Terminal, pay attention to the following procedures:

1. In the Windows® Start menu, the option Tools/Server Configuration Assistant/TotvsWizard, should be added to the web module on the Employee Inquiry Terminal, using the orientations from help to use this application.
2. When adding the module, the system automatically creates on the configuration file .INI from Protheus system, the portal configuration.
3. On install, the system creates a Protheus directory tree, according to the following example:

Subdirectory for .css (page formating) files

4. To introduce the company logo, the following files should be copied to the subdirectory Protheus_Data\web\tcf\images:
LOGO Company/Branch = LGROeeff.jpg

where:

ee - Company code on the system
ff - Branch code on the system
LOGO Generic to the whole company = LGROee.jpg

where:

ee = Company code
LOGO generic for the whole company = LGRO.jpg
5. To access the online HR and work with updated pages, it is necessary to setup the Internet browser page, according to this path, considering the Microsoft Internet Explorer®:

       Tools/Ferramentas

         Internet Options/Opções Internet

          Temporary Internet Files/Arquivos Temporários Internet
