Portal Menu
During the installation of the Protheus Portal by the TOTVS Wizard Configuration Wizard, are created the menus with the available options available in the portals, for the treatment of customers, suppliers, sales representatives and technician.
Use the option Menu to add, edit and delete options to the menus from installed portals.
The option Add must be used in case of development of a personalized menu to access a portal. Nevertheless, for this development, contact the TOTVS system department. |
It is possible to add the Hospitalization item to the Health Plan Portal Menu, making available for users the hospitalization data, discharge date and/or the inclusion of the individual fee guide. |
Procedures
To edit the options portal menus:
1. | In Portals, place the cursor on the menu to be edited and select the option Menu. |
The system shows the window to edit tree structure.
2. | Click in the items shown ahead of each submenu to access the available features. |
The system lists the options of the submenu.
3. | Click Add, to add an option. A window is shown for WebService identification related to the new option: Option title (description), WebService and Program/Routine name. |
4. | To add an Attachment, select on screen Attach Files in the field File Type to be sent, among the options: |

In the sequence use the field Select Attachment and the option Choose file. Select the file to be sent. Select the file in the drive where it is stored and click Open.
The name of the selected file is visible on this screen, visible to the right of the field Select File and to the left the file Attach.
Click Send. The system edits the name of the origin file to a standard name generated by the System.
Available the generation of a single name. This action is required because many candidates save the resume with name resume.doc which would overwrite the files. |
The file sent is not viewed again via Portal, only system users can view the content via remote through the routine Resume/ Related Features / Knowledge.
10. | To edit an option, place the cursor on the option to be edited and Edit. |
11. | To delete an option, place the cursor on the option to be deleted and Delete. |
12. | After the maintenance of the menu, click OK to confirm. |
