Remote Attendance Control
Employees can punch in remotely when absent from a work site with automated attendance control.
Parameter MV_PONMES defines the active time clock entry period.
Parameter MV_COLMARC obtains the quantity of default Entries; that is, if the parameter is set to 2, the portal screen displays four columns (two punch ins and two punch outs). If more time clock entries exist than the default quantity, columns are displayed up to the attendance clocking limit of the day; that is, if 16 time clock entries exist, 16 columns are displayed. The minimum limit composition is based on parameter MV_COLMARC.
You can only edit or delete the time clock entries added via portal which are not yet approved/rejected. You cannot edit/delete the remote punches, whether of time clock, TSA or yet added manually via the Electronic Attendance module. |
Parameter MV_DABERTO lets you add time clock entries after the end of the period. In this parameter, enter the quantity of consecutive days when the manual addition screen is to be available for manual adjustments of time clock entries not entered.
Parameter MV_DFECHAD sets the quantity of days closed for maintenance after the end of the previous parameter. For example:
Period from 1/11/2015 to 2/10/2015
MV_DABERTO = 2
MV_DFECHAD = 4
On the 11th and 12th of February 2015, the system allows manual additions, and from the 13th to the 16th of February 2015, the system is closed for maintenance.
On the 17th of February 2015, the new clocking period 02/11/2015 to 03/10/2015 is available for manually adding time clock entries.
You cannot allow time clock entry additions on a date after the current date. |
