On-line HR

The purpose of the On-line HR environment inquiry process, by the employees to data and monthly movements, decentralizing information from Personnel and Human Resources information. All the data accessed by the On-line HR are supplied by the Personnel Management environment.

The On-line HR is managed by a password (automatic and configurable) and is directly connected to the Employee Inquiry Terminal, location where are defined all information presented by the participants.

Through this environment the participants are able to inquire data such as:

Vacation Schedule;
Employee Registry;
Payment Statement;
FGTS* Statement;
Issue income Report;
Attendance Control Automation;
Banked overtime statement;
Marking schedule;

 

The on-line HR is comprised by two environments:

SIGATCF - Employee Query Terminal

This environment allows query configuration available to participants in the On-line HR.

On-line HR

This environment has Web interface, and should be accessed only through a link, on the Intranet/Internet, or directly from the browser. All setup information for participants on the Employee Inquire Terminal are presented on the On-Line HR.
