Attach Document
Use this option to associate various documents and/or files to test, inspected or yet to be inspected. To do so, you must set the following parameters, through the Configurator Environment:
To define the directory path where temporary files are saved, before saving attached files in the directory defined in the MV_QIEDOC parameter.
To define the path of the standard directory where test attachments are saved.
Procedures
To attach document and/or files to tests:

In the Results maintenance window, place cursor on desired test and click Attach Document. |
The system displays a new screen.
| 2. |
Complete displayed fields according to Field Help instructions. |
| 3. |
Click Add/Display Attached Document. |
The system displays the screen for finding desired document.
| 4. |
Upon selecting file, confirm it so the system displays the following question: |
Do you wish to display Document now?
If so, the document is displayed through a document display device.
 Important:
Some file formats cannot be displayed through such device.

Once file is displayed, the Attachment field is automatically completed, with an internally generated control sequence. |

You must complete the Description to identify the attached file/document. |

The attachments are saved upon confirming the Results, sequentially organized as follows: |
