Sampling Plan Duplication
To make sampling plan registration easier for Customer x Products and Supplier x Products relationships, the system offers the Test Specific Sampling Plan duplication, for related suppliers and customers.
Procedures
To perform a sample plan duplication:
| 1. | In the Supplier Specific Sampling Plan maintenance window, click Duplicate. |
The system displays the window for configuring duplication divided in three parts, to ease data input and display.
| 2. | In window top frame, input product and supplier data. Such supplier must, mandatorily, have one or more sample plans, so it/they can be duplicated through this system option. |
The following illustration, Source Sampling Plan, displays the sample plan data registered in relationship of origin. The illustration data are only available for display.
The last illustration, Product Related Suppliers, displays all product related suppliers without a sampling plan registration.
| 3. | Select desired suppliers. |
| 4. | Check data and confirm duplication. |
| 5. | The system creates the sampling plan registries for Product x Supplier. The described procedure for created plans is identical to the entered origin plan. |
