Inflow
Use this routine to register the receipt of a product for inspection control performed by the Quality Department. Such movement is, therefore, of utmost importance, registering the material inflow that makes test conduction possible and, subsequently, obtain the result with the inspection final reports.
When using this routine, pay special attention to parameter configuration and field completion, namely:
• | If the MV_QIQSREP parameter content is Y, indicating the NBR-5426 is to be applied in skip-lot, then, a history of 5 consecutive inflows is needed with Attenuated Plan. |
• | If this parameter's content is N, the MV_QIQSREP becomes effective, indicating the number of initial inflows needed for skip-lot application. |
• | If the MV_QIQSREP parameter is defined as T (true), the current product revision search is based on the invoice date - QEK_DTNFIS field. |
If defined as F (false, the search is based on product inflow - QEK_DTENTR field.
• | Upon saving inflow, the automatic update of the Sample Plan is performed, with the following conditions: |
• | Parameter MV_QIQSREP = Y, indicating update option. |
• | If the parameter MV_QIQSREP = Y, it indicates the update is linked to IQS. In this case, check if there is a supplier's IQS note, and whether it is greater than the IQS rejection note, defined in the parameter. |
• | You can make note inflows of the following types: improvement and return, for later inspection. |
Upon saving the inflow, you may print the Product Record, with Product and inflow data.
This routine controls the sequential number of the allotment for manually entered inflows, defined through parameter MV_QIQSREP, controlled by the system's semaphore MV_QIQSREP.
Yet in automatic certificate numeration, the system automatic counters' embody the year.

For material inflow related data to be registered in this routine, over and above previously mentioned parameters, other data must be registered in the module, as follows:
Procedures
To register inflows:
1. | In the Inflow maintenance window, select the Add option. |
2. | Complete the fields according to Field Help instructions. |
3. | Check data and confirm them. |
The system displays a screen with the sample item numbers.
4. | When confirming, the system displays a printing parameter screen. |
Complete them according to field help instructions, especially the following parameter:
• | Print Skip Lot Inflow? |
Select Yes for inflows performed under skip-lot control to be taken into account when creating the report. Otherwise select No.
4. | Upon completing parameters, check and confirm them. |
The system displays a printing configuration screen.
5. | If you wish, configure printing and confirm it. |
This report is also available in the main menu Reports option.
6. | In the routine main menu, find another option for material inflow related data entry: |
• | Text |
7. | Upon completing all material inflow fields, confirm them. |
Registered inflows can only be modified or deleted when lacking measurements or reports. |
