Operation Report
There is a report for each operation in which tests were done. Reports can be different and, at the end of the process, all reports are considered before determining the general report.
admin-IN-34177a1b-7a8f-487b-ba4f-48668ea8aafb-1509025661301-f886d7a0-6209-44e5-9c23-06b0917f8e78 must be entered before Operation Report if the fields Compulsory Oper.?, Compulsory Seq.?, and Compulsory Report? in Product Specification Register, are filled out with Yes.
When defined that Operation Report is not compulsory, there are three options for General Report suggestion.
| • | S Content – General Report is always suggested as approved, regardless of Laboratory Report. |
| • | N Content – General Report is always suggested as rejected, regardless of Laboratory Report. |
| • | I Content – General Report is always suggested according to Laboratory Report, following the case of rejected reports. |
Procedures
Entering Operation Report:
| 1. | In Operations folder, after entering Laboratory Report, click Operation Report subfolder. |
| 2. | Fill out fields according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Proceed with data entry for result generation. |
