Measurements

To display the inspection, measurements must be entered for each test.

Measurements made have their classification according to the confluencepage-4d659a34-3467-4080-b917-82cec9309186.

Procedures

Entering measurements obtained during product inspection:

1. In Laboratories folder,
2. Fields displayed for measurement must be filled out according to field help instruction.
Sampling

This field indicates value 1 as default value, considering a single product sample for the test, being automatically field out by the system. This value can be 1 or 2, corresponding to simple or double sampling respectively.

Note that limit and nominal values for test measurement are displayed in the screen footer. Thus, when the value obtained is out of these limits, the test is rejected or conditionally approved.

Measurement 01

Enter the value of measurement obtained from the product. The number of decimal places entered in this field id determined by filling out the Nominal field in Product and/or Group Specification Register.

There are several conditions of measurement for the test, where:

If the test to be measured was defined as Text, the text that describes the measurement must be registered.
If the test to be measured was defined as Date, referring to Time, the value of measurement on initial and final date must de entered in the format:
dd:mm

Where:

dd = two characters that represent the day

mm = two characters that represent the month

9b0f3354-cfb2-4668-b2d5-b59efd44dea3Important:

To retroact measurement dates, use parameter admin-IN-34177a1b-7a8f-487b-ba4f-48668ea8aafb-1509025661301-ac4318e7-d2e2-43b0-88ae-af539e015734.

If the test to be measured was defined as Hour, referring to Time, the value of measurement in initial and final hour must de entered in the format:
HH:MM

Where:

HH = two characters that define the hour

MM = two characters that define the minutes

If the test to be measured must be in inches, values to be entered must have the format:
99/99i

Where:

99 = value of inches obtained.

/99i = standard value to define inches.

For this case, specially the total obtained through formulas brings values in decimal places, defined in the Nominal field in Product or Product Group Specification Register.

9b0f3354-cfb2-4668-b2d5-b59efd44dea3Important:

To enable this entry, the parameter MV_TPHR must be configured in Configurator Environment.

Approval/Rejection

This field shows the measurement result, that can be either Approved, Conditionally Approved, or Rejected, besides other results that can also be registered.

This result is obtained through the verification of the value entered in measurement with limits suggested, being automatically entered by the system after entering the value of measurement in the previous field.

Method

This field enables the control of reviews of documents associated with tests, keeping the history of the document changed before the Final Result Report.

If new measurements are entered, they are identified with the current document review.

9b0f3354-cfb2-4668-b2d5-b59efd44dea3Important:

For tests with calculation, when measurements are entered, the last test is the Totalizer, that brings the calculation result according to the formula registered and values entered.

Refer to topic confluencepage-f694cea5-e3ef-4fe0-9853-e145bd3dcec0 in Specifications.

Binding Key

This field is used by the system for internal control, and it cannot be changed by the user.

When the measurement laboratory is concerning visual evaluation, instead of fields with values, a text field is displayed to register the measurement result, besides the Approval/Rejection field that must be filled out manually.

3. When measurements of the result are filled out, some fields open a new window when you press [Enter] on them in order to enter new data, where:
